1940's vintage Los Castillo Sterling Silver "Pegasus" bracelet

Dimensions: 6-7/8" interior circumference; 7-1/4" overall length; 1" wide; 50.7 grams

Marks: Los Castillo Taxco circle with 15 eagle in center, Made in Mexico Sterling circle; 239. This stamping is on the center link. There is also a small stamp on the closure hook that is stamped "JRR Made in Mexico" and something else that is illegible

Condition: excellent condition for its age with a nice warm patina.

A delightful bracelet made up of alternating right-side-up and up-side-down solid cast head and wing links depicting the mythological flying horse, Pegasus. It has a small hook closure and safety chain.
